City Manager

The city manager is tasked to independently organize and manage the daily operations of Norcross' government in accordance with local ordinances, laws, and policies prescribed by the elected officials.

Responsibilities


The manager's responsibilities and authorities include:
  • Ensuring staff provides quality service while promoting positive human relations
  • Making key decisions to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Orchestrating the full spectrum of activities of the city
  • Providing direction and development of the city's annual operation and capital budget
  • Directs and supervises the administration of all departments of the city
