The Norcross Municipal Court reopened on Tuesday, June 9th. Court cases are being rescheduled with a modified court calendar to adhere to social distancing due to concerns with COVID-19.
In the event you are a member of an immune-compromised population (or living in a household with someone who is immune-compromised), you are over the age of 65, or you you have small children and do not have child care, you may request a 30-60 day continuance by emailing Court Services at court@norcrossga.net.
All court proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Georgia Supreme Court Order issued on Friday, July 10, 2020, the Norcross Municipal Court Chief Judge’s Order issued on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, and the Council of Municipal Court Judge’s Best Practices & Guidelines for Operating Municipal Courts During the COVID-19 Recovery. These orders have been extended as of January 8th and 11th, respectively.
