Non-Emergency: 770-448-2111

The Norcross Emergency Communications Center is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by a team of highly skilled and dedicated public safety dispatchers. Our dispatchers are responsible for receiving telephone calls for service and police radio transmissions. This includes emergency calls for police within the city limits of Norcross. All fire and medical calls are dispatched by Gwinnett County 911. Each employee assigned to the Communications Center is certified as a Communications Officer by Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). This section is supervised by Taylor Johnson.

Reporting Emergencies:

Dial 911 to report all police, fire, and medical emergencies. You may also dial 770-448-2111 for urgent matters that require a police response.

Reporting Non-Emergencies:

To report a non-emergency incident, dial 770-448-2111. Call takers that process emergency calls also will answer non-emergency calls, so you may be asked to hold briefly.
