Over the course of the next 30 days we will complete the asphalt and curb at the parallel parking spaces along Hunter Street. Once complete, we will pull the construction fencing to the back of curb where it will remain through the end of the year. Please note that sidewalks remain open on the west side of Hunter Street. At the intersection of Hunter and Thrasher Streets we will complete minor sitework activities (i.e. water tie ins). These roads will remain open during this work. If a lane must be blocked temporarily, flaggers and signage will be present.
At West Peachtree Street, the road closure will remain in place through July 19th (weather permitting) while the sewer pipe is being installed. Once completed and the street is reopened.
On site, we continue to sitework activities (i.e. utility installation and building foundations). As needed, we will continue to utilize water trucks to treat overly dry soils to reduce dusty conditions. Concrete crushing operations are complete. In the next few weeks, we will complete our parking deck foundations and begin the installation of the precast parking deck.
