With a Criminal History Request Form signed by the individual to be checked and valid identification, the Norcross Police Department can perform a criminal history check only within the state of Georgia for a $20 fee. Our Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Expungement / Record Restriction requires the following documentation: 1. A completed expungement application form 2. A Georgia criminal history 3. Copy of ID 4. Certified copy of the disposition The cost is $25. You will need to appear in person to our Records Department at 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, GA 30071.
Open Records Requests can be submitted online at www.RiskJockey.com, from the Records Department in person, via fax request to 678-802-6792, via email request to email@example.com or by phone at 770-448-2111. The Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. After the first 15 minutes the cost is $15.57 per hour.
Incident reports are available within 3-5 business days and may be requested online at www.riskjockey.com, from the Records Department in person, or via email (only with a personal email address). The Records Department is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Accident reports are available within 3-5 business days and may be requested in person, email (only with a personal email address), or through buycrash.com. Video possibly available from www.riskjockey.com. The cost is $5.

If your ticket was issued by a Norcross Police Officer, you will need to come to the City of Norcross Municipal Court or you may also contact them directly at 770-448-2173.
