Duties of the Department
The Norcross Court Services Department maintains all original citations of defendants charged with traffic misdemeanors and local ordinances within the City of Norcross in compliance with the common record retention schedule for municipal governments.
The Court Services Department also assists in processing citation payments. Defendants should direct any questions regarding Norcross citations or a scheduled appearance in our court to our office. All documents including Entry of Appearances, Motions, and Demands should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
