Mission
The mission of the Norcross Public Arts Commission is to cultivate a growing, creative arts community and to promote continuous growth and development of our neighboring cultural resources.
Responsibilities
The Norcross Public Arts Commission (NPAC) was created by the City Council and is charged with advising Mayor and City Council on policies and issues pertaining to the arts and culture in Norcross. The NPAC also serves as an umbrella organization supporting art and cultural organizations within the City; and shall perform such other activities as the Commission determines necessary to cultivate a growing, creative arts community in Norcross.
