As part of its mission of cultivating a growing creative arts community and promoting the continuous growth and development of our cultural resources, the Norcross Public Arts Commission, also known as NPAC, is working to create a Master Arts & Cultural Plan for the City of Norcross and YOUR input and ideas are crucial! Participation is needed from everyone who lives, works, and plays across all of Norcross so the Arts & Cultural Plan represents our entire community.
