The City of Norcross’s General Government Administration Department has filed an Accusation and Request of the Revocation of the Occupational Tax Certificate of YPXXI Promotions LLC dba Alta Gama (“Respondent”). In accordance with applicable law and ordinance, notice is hereby provided that the Mayor and City Council for the City of Norcross, Georgia, shall hold an administrative hearing on April 17, 2023, at 5:00 PM for the purpose of hearing evidence on the Accusation and Request for Revocation of the Occupational Tax Certificate of Respondent, such hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers/Municipal Court Room located at City Hall, 65 Lawrenceville Street, Norcross, Georgia 30071. The Respondent may appear at the hearing to provide argument against the revocation or to produce evidence or to cross examine the witnesses presented.
