The mission of the Discovery Garden Park Board is to inspire lifelong curiosity, understanding and appreciation of nature through organic gardening, education and demonstration and to provide a place of beauty for Norcross residents and visitors. Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall 2nd floor Conference Room.
The Zoning Board of Appeals exists to hear and decide appeals of any decision or determination made by the Community Development Director or Building Official in the enforcement, administration and interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance and to hear appeal in specific cases where, owning to special conditions, a literal interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance in an individual case will result in an unnecessary hardship. Meetings are held as necessary on the fourth Thursday of each at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall 2nd Floor Community Room.
The Sustainable Norcross Commission is established to educate and inspire Norcross residents and businesses to be leaders in sustainability. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall 2nd Floor Community Room.
