The City of Norcross will host a Town Hall Meeting on the planned construction of a Public Safety Building to house the Police Department, Municipal Court and public meeting space. This will be the second of a series of such meetings.
Members of the Norcross community are encouraged to attend. This new facility will be located on land that was formerly the location of the old Norcross Library at the corner of Buford Highway and Stevens Road, and on adjacent property the city has acquired.
This next Town Hall Meeting will be held on Monday, October 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Norcross Cultural Arts & Community Center located at 10 College Street. The city will host this meeting to provide the community the opportunity to:
- Receive an update on the project scope and timeline.
- Introduce the city’s current project team and contractors.
- Gather input from attendees as to preferences of the exterior design for the new facility as well as public meeting space.
We value your input and hope that you can join us. If you are unable to attend and would like to submit your input, there will still be an opportunity via an online survey that will be shared on the city website, as well as on social media.
