Surplus Vehicles will be auctioned off by the City of Norcross on Friday, October 21, 2016. All Bids’ should be submitted in a sealed envelope in response to invitation-to-bid (ITB). (See below link for list of vehicles).
Bids must be received by the deadline date: October 20, 2016, 4:00 p.m. Sealed Bids must be submitted to: City of Norcross Attn: Monique Lang 65 Lawrenceville Street Norcross, GA 30071 or you may deliver bids to Monique Lang 2nd Floor City Hall. There will be a bid drop box in Ms. Lang office during the hours of 9-am-5-pm Monday - Friday. Bids will be evaluated for award. You do not have to be present in order to win. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder.
Vehicles are sold as is, buyer will pay all cost for any repairs. The City of Norcross assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statement about the Items.
Please write in the amount you wish to pay for the vehicle(s) you wish to bid on. Please note: you only need to fill in the spaces for the items you wish to bid on. When entering a bid, you should enter the amount you are willing to pay for the vehicle. The City of Norcross and other
bidders will not know your bidding amount, until bidding submittal ends and auction is started. Vehicles won in the auction must be removed from 345 Lively Ave. Norcross, GA 30071 by Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 12 p.m. Payments are payable upon award to the highest bidder. In the event a bidder is unable to provide payment at the time an item is awarded, the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
