[ARCHIVED] Holiday Safety from Norcross Police Department

Criminals thrive on purses, cell phones and gifts as they walk by parked cars and see them on seats and floorboards.  Lessen your chance of becoming a victim this holiday season by not leaving valuables in your car.  However, if you have to leave them in your car, hide them out of sight.  Thieves are in and out in mere seconds.  The Norcross Police Department took nine reports for vehicle break-ins this past week and all but one were for items left in plain view inside the vehicle.  Be safe!  See a list of additional important holiday safety tips attached here.

Please forward this to family, friends and neighbors to help spread the word.

Thanks and Happy Holidays!
