You may have recently received a letter from Service Line Warranties of America regarding a voluntary warranty program that is now available to you as a resident of the City of Norcross. The program was introduced to and approved by Mayor and Council in October 2018, and is a legitimate opportunity should you wish to take part in it.
Because of our membership with National League of Cities, we are afforded the opportunity of offering this benefit to our citizens. Many homeowners purchase warranty packages for their home, and in the event of an emergency, such plans can save you a significant amount of money. The Service Line Program is offered nationally on a voluntary basis to help cities assist their residents by providing an affordable solution for sewer and water line repair or replacement, as well as an educational aspect to homeowners to notify them of their responsibility for the utility lines on their property.
