There have been some questions recently seeking to clarify policies on Bulk Item Pick-Up. Please read on to learn more about the subject:

Bulk Items are items that are too bulky to fit into the 95 gallon cart.

Bulk items are household items only, and do not include construction/demolition debris or automotive parts.

You may schedule one item per week. The easiest way to schedule a bulk pickup is to visit our website at www.norcrossga.net and click the green “Citizens Requests’’ tab or go directly to https://www.norcrossga.net/requesttracker.aspx .  You may also call 770-448-2122 to schedule a pick up or if you have questions if an item can be scheduled.  Bulk item requests that are received before 4pm can be scheduled for your next normal collection day.

There is a limit to one item per week on regular pick-up day. (Box spring/mattress considered one item, sofa is one item, recliner is one item, etc.)

No construction wood items will be picked up.
