[ARCHIVED] Special Called Meeting for Monday, April 27

There’s a Mayor and Council Special Called Meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. to approve a Use, Maintenance and Easement Agreement. It will be livestreamed on Facebook, however please note public comments are only available via Zoom. Please join the Zoom teleconference link or dial 1-408-638-0968 to ask a question or present a public comment. Comments on Facebook Live will NOT be monitored.

There are certain protocols for public commenting on Zoom:

First, please mute your electronic devices upon entering the teleconference.
When it is time for public comment, the mayor will open the floor and at this time, only attendees wishing to make a public comment, should use the “RAISE YOUR HAND (✋)” tool to enter the queue for public commenting.
Public comments will be heard in the order for which hands are raised.
Once it is your turn to speak, your microphone will be unmuted by the Conference Host. Afterward, your microphone will be muted once again, and the next speaker will follow.
Once the public comment or public hearing is over, you will not be allowed to speak again.
The time limit for an individual’s public comments shall remain under 5 minutes.
