[ARCHIVED] Zoom Link for May 4th Council Meeting


Don’t forget to tune in to tonight’s Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m.! It will be livestreamed on Facebook, however please note public comments are only available via Zoom. Please join the Zoom teleconference link or dial 1-408-638-0968 to ask a question or present a public comment. Comments on Facebook Live will NOT be monitored.

There are certain protocols for public commenting on Zoom:
  • First, please mute your electronic devices upon entering the teleconference. 
  • When it is time for public comment, the mayor will open the floor and at this time, only attendees wishing to make a public comment, should use the “RAISE YOUR HAND ()” tool to enter the queue for public commenting. 
  • Public comments will be heard in the order for which hands are raised. 
  • Once it is your turn to speak, your microphone will be unmuted by the Conference Host. Afterward, your microphone will be muted once again, and the next speaker will follow. 
  • Once the public comment or public hearing is over, you will not be allowed to speak again. 
  • The time limit for an individual’s public comments shall remain under 5 minutes.
