[ARCHIVED] Train Blocking Park/Jones as well as Langford Road

UPDATE: Train repairs complete and now moving. All crossings open.

A train has suffered some mechanical failures and is stopped blocking the crossing at Park/Jones as well as Langford Road. They have repair folks in route but do not have an ETA on when it will be fixed and moving again.
