Attention Norcross Sanitation Customers:
Bulk item collection, which had previously been stopped during the Shelter at Home Order and for some weeks following, is now back to being offered. Advanced Disposal (the city’s sanitation contractor) will collect either one bulk household furniture item per week or up to 5 extra bags that will not fit in a trash cart per week if scheduled at least before 3 p.m. the day prior to a customer’s regularly scheduled pick-up day. Customers may schedule a bulk pick-up 24/7 through the Request Tracker, or by calling 770-448-2122 during business hours.
