[ARCHIVED] Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine Survey

The Gwinnett, Newton, & Rockdale County Health Departments are conducting a survey on taking the COVID-19 vaccine when one becomes available and would like to hear your thoughts:

Following the GNR Health Update last week, a survey was developed for the COVID-19 vaccine which the health department needs help sharing. (The link to the survey is above). As you have heard in the news, a COVID-19 vaccine is being developed. This will provide another layer of protection from this virus, and is a critical step to getting our communities back to normal. However, the health department understands there are varying thoughts about the vaccine, and in order to better assess what those opinions are, they are asking our community and others in Gwinnett to share those thoughts and opinions with them. This will help them to better understand what barriers might need to be overcome moving forward, and ultimately provide the best protection to our community as possible. Survey responses are completely anonymous, and the survey is available in multiple languages to reflect our diverse communities: Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Mandarin).
