Gwinnett County Public Library - Norcross Branch
Overview
Part of the city’s mixed-use expansion efforts to stretch Norcross’ downtown area toward Buford Highway (an eight-year project), the City of Norcross partnered with the county to relocate and expand the previously existing library branch to Lillian Webb Park. Designed to be a 21st-century library, this development was approved by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in 2017 and reflects the city and county’s dedication to meeting the needs of community members, as well as their continued commitment to attracting families and businesses to the Norcross area.
